1.1 Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KidzCubicle website, customer web application, staff operational tools where applicable, and in-venue services ("Services"). KidzCubicle is an indoor recreational facility providing safe play areas for children and adults aged 2-60 years at shopping malls across India, along with robotic courses for children aged 6-15 years.
1.2 Definitions
- "We," "Us," "Our," "KidzCubicle": KidzCubicle and its associated legal entities
- "You," "Your," "Customer": Any person accessing our website, customer app, or facilities
- "Parent/Guardian": The adult responsible for the child during facility use
- "Child/Children": Persons aged 2-17 years using KidzCubicle facilities
- "Adult": Persons aged 18-60 years using KidzCubicle facilities
- "Play Package": A prepaid credit of play time minutes valid for 1 year from the purchase date
- "Booking": An optional reservation for a specific time slot (not required; no penalties for non-attendance)
- "Robotic Course": Structured educational programming for children aged 6-15 years
- "Account": User profile with registered child/adult profiles and play packages, tied primarily to a verified mobile number used in our customer flow
- "Customer Web App": The browser-based experience used to verify your mobile number (including one-time password / "OTP" over SMS), manage profiles, select packages, and complete or initiate purchases
- "Staff Tools": Operational interfaces used only by KidzCubicle personnel (for example check-in, payment confirmation at the venue, and administration)—not part of the public customer account
- "Purchase Date": Date of payment confirmation for play packages
1.3 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, registering an account, purchasing play packages, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
1.4 User Eligibility & Responsibility
1.4.1 Account Registration & Eligibility
- Account registration is mandatory to purchase play packages and use facilities
- Only parents, legal guardians, or authorised adults may register accounts and bring children
- Adults aged 18-60 may register individual accounts and use facilities independently
- The person registering the account ("Account Holder") is solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Keeping control of the verified mobile number and any active session used to access the Customer Web App; not sharing OTPs or sign-in links with others
- Ensuring child supervision during facility use (for children under 18)
- Compliance with all facility rules and guidelines
- Medical fitness of all registered users to participate
Digital access (Customer Web App): Access is based on verifying your Indian mobile number, typically through a one-time passcode ("OTP") sent by SMS under applicable telecom and DLT rules. We may also send service messages (for example booking, receipt, or check-in related information) by SMS and/or WhatsApp where you have engaged those channels or where permitted as service communications. Optional links from WhatsApp to the Customer Web App may complete sign-in without a second OTP when we issue a time-limited handoff—treat such links like sensitive credentials. We do not rely on a traditional username/password for the Customer Web App unless we expressly offer that method in a given flow.
1.4.2 Profile Management
- Each account must have at least one registered profile (child or adult)
- Multiple profiles can be added to a single account
- Each profile requires: name, age/date of birth, and any medical/allergy information
- Accurate age information is critical for activity recommendations and safety
- Profile information can be updated anytime through account settings
1.4.3 Supervision Requirements
- Parents/Guardians must remain on premises during children's visits
- KidzCubicle staff supervise activities, but cannot replace parental supervision
- Supervision staff maintain appropriate ratios (1 staff per 10 children during normal hours)
- Parents are responsible for their child's belongings and personal items
- For adults (18-60), self-supervision applies; supervision staff monitor facility safety
1.4.4 Health & Fitness Requirements
Users with the following conditions cannot participate in facilities:
- Active contagious illnesses (fever, cough, sore throat, diarrhoea, vomiting)
- Skin infections or rashes (ringworm, chickenpox, scabies)
- Severe allergies requiring immediate medical intervention
- Recent injuries, preventing safe participation in physical activities
- Uncontrolled behavioural conditions posing risk to self or others
- Any condition making the user medically unfit for physical play
You warrant that all registered users are in good health and physically capable of participating in the activities offered.
1.5 Electronic records, payments, and venue confirmation
- Purchases and balances may be recorded digitally. You may pay online through our payment partner (for example Razorpay) where offered, or complete payment at the venue per staff instructions; until payment is confirmed, a purchase may remain pending.
- Receipts and tax documents may be delivered electronically (including links by SMS or WhatsApp). Short links may be used where SMS templates or carrier limits require a compact URL.
- Check-in at the venue may use barcode or digital lookup tied to your account; staff use Staff Tools only to operate the facility—not as a consumer "account" under these Terms.
