Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of all sessions at KidzCubicle in all shopping malls. Alongside our Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation by you and all members of your group. By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree that all members of your group are aware of and accept our booking Terms and Conditions prior to entry to the activities area.
General
No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by KidzCubicle Limited.
KidzCubicle Limited reserves the right to make amendments to the activities, sessions, or features available without prior notification.
KidzCubicle cannot guarantee that all facilities and features will be available at the time of your visit.
Any person using KidzCubicle must be between 4 and 10 years of age unless participating in a specific toddler/adult session, in which case they must be accompanied by a responsible consenting adult or guardian.
All participants must hold a valid account. Participants under the age of 18 must have their legal guardian or responsible adult consent to create an account on their behalf.
Any person causing wilful damage to KidzCubicle facilities, fixtures, or fittings will be liable to pay for the rectification of any damage. This includes any damage caused by the misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply with safety guidance.
KidzCubicle does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property.
KidzCubicle reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone engaging in what is believed to be antisocial or unsafe behaviour or on the basis of health and safety risk to any individual.
Participation in activities carries inherent risks; serious misuse could lead to severe injury or fatality. All participants must follow and comply with safety instructions where available.
KidzCubicle reserves the right to refuse admittance to participants or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary. This includes a participant whosebehaviour is deemed unsafe or who is thought to be under theinfluence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Cubicle Manager is final.
No refunds or compensation will be payable by KidzCubicle Limited if any participant is not permitted to, refused permission to, or decides not to undertake or complete the booked session activities.
All participants are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their booking time. Admission rights can be refused at any time in the case of excessive lateness without a refund.
Party Bookings
KidzCubicle offers a limited range of food for specific dietary requirements.
For amendments to catering options, a minimum of 2 working days' notice must be provided in writing to [email protected], and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Confirmed numbers for birthday parties are to be advised 14 days prior to the party date.
Price and Payment
KidzCubicle reserves the right to change its prices anytime and without notice.
All purchased package playtime minutes are valid for one year from the date of purchase; any unused minutes will be discarded after expiry, and no refund will be offered.
KidzCubicle must receive full payment when buying a playtime package.
Refunds and Transfers
1. Session Bookings
If you have a session booking, you can cancel your booking and transfer to a more convenient date within 24 hours of booking using our mobile app or Website.
If you are late for your booked activity session by 10 or more minutes, your booking will be automatically cancelled, and you will need to make a new booking.
Playtime minutes may be deducted from your account for late arrivals or no-shows.
If you make a mistake during the booking process, don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected], and we will help you amend the booking.
2. Party Bookings
A refund will be applied if a party booking is cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking. Outside of the 24-hour period, if you have paid a deposit, we will not refund this but will try our best to transfer your booking to a date that's convenient for you.
If you need to amend a group booking, please notify us at least 14 days before the event. We cannot refund places that are not needed.
To cancel a booking, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. You can either email us at [email protected] or do it on our website or mobile app. If you are due a refund under these terms, we will either refund you on the credit or debit card you used to pay or credit equivalent Playtime minutes to your account.
Promotional Vouchers
KidzCubicle and its partners may periodically offer vouchers with promo codes.
All promo codes will have an expiry date and must be redeemed before the expiry.
Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

KidzCubicle understands its obligation to ensure that all personal information gathered is treated fairly, lawfully, and correctly. We are committed to 100% compliance with the latest Data Protection legislation, including GDPR. Our Privacy Policy contains full details about the information we collect, what we intend to do with it, how we maintain it, and your rights.
